• After the confirmation of vacancy, the reservation fee has to be done by deposit of 50% and the rest until one week before the reserved date.
• We ask for your kindness to send the deposit receipt via Fax, informing your telephone/fax number to receive authorization of entrance to the cabins.

• Voltage: 110 volts. 
• Water: directly from the nascent on the hill. 
• Shopping and restaurants: close to Ilhabela Chales. 
• Beaches: 150 m from here you will find the Cambaquara Beach, it is frequented by scuba divers and fishermen; the Veloso Beach it is located only 500m from here and the Curral Beach only 800m, which it is famous for its bars and restaurants.

Cancellation Policy Reservations - Rules of Embratur 

Cancellation of reservations is subject to loss of fees paid, and may be later agreed date for lodging (up to a maximum of 3 months), according to the convenience of lodging establishments. If cancellation is packet (holidays or promotional) hosting future can only be performed during normal periods, with the same number of daily canceled, not valid for future packages. 

Conditions for cancellation: 

Cancellations of bookings paid, up to 15 days before check-in will be returned without charge to the customer, net of bank charges or administrative action if any; 

With less than 15 days in advance will be returned only 50% of the reservation; 

For Special Packages (Reveillon, Carnival Week Santa, Tiradentes, Labor Day, Corpus Christi Indep. Brazil, NSAparecida, Dead, Proclus. Republic, Christmas), with up to 15 days in advance will be returned only 80% of the reservation. With less than 15 days of booking there will be a total loss; 

Non-attendance at the scheduled date of check in, NO SHOW will be considered and fully charged, 

the cancellation of a pack a day, after check-in, require payment in full of price of the package, regardless of the number of days actually used. 

Exceptional cases will be analyzed. NOTE: MAKING THE DEPOSIT RESERVE MEANS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
